I have spent many years in the corporate business world holding senior positions including:
Board Director at a global brand consultancy
Managing Director of a European communications business
Director of 3, an £8bn mobile startup
Throughout my career I have developed strong inter-personal skills and an ability to motivate teams. I was repeatedly asked by my colleagues for advice, to have my brain picked or act as a sounding board for the problems they faced.
I realised I had an aptitude for helping people to solve problems. This led me to take up coaching as a second career. In 2011 I retrained at the i-coach academy to Practitioner level and in 2019 I passed the first year of my Master’s in Executive Coaching at Ashridge.

My company is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), recognised by the Association for Coaching (AC), and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
